Hobbyist Digital Illustrator

Jenny "JP" Nikolic
Tiny creature enthusiast and lover of all things pastel and shiny.
F.A.Q.
Hello! My name is Jen/JP. I'm a Eurasian hobbyist illustrator based in the Midwest U.S. who enjoys hamsters, aquatic creatures, and broadening my artistic horizons.
A lot of my works center around my interests, tending to involve and depict queer relationships and identities.
What Do You Draw With?
I draw with Clip Studio Paint for Windows with a Gaomon Screen Tablet!
For traditional art, nothing beats a sketchbook from Five Below and some BiC mechanical pencils.
But price doesn't make the work. It isn't the materials that makes the art good, it's how you use them. How Long Have You Been Drawing?
I started refining my artstyle around 13 years old and didn't have a solid one until I was 17. I'm still learning and modifying bits and pieces to this day.Can I Repost/Trace Your Art?
Not a fan of people reposting my art bc it takes traffic away from my socials. But if I'm credited properly, I don't see why not.
However, please don't trace.
This is for both my sake and yours. You will not learn from tracing and your skills will suffer because of it. You have to practice in order to get good at art. What happened to your previous comics?
I scrapped them. Some of them had crappy writing/were half-baked. I still enjoy writing little stories and creating though. I'm currently working on some story outlines. It's still a work in progress though haha. But hey, Rome wasn't built in a day so this story isn't going to be either. Here's some things that interest me:
Aquatic creatures, Minecraft, Sci-fi Horror, etc.Artists who inspire me:
My friends, Sonhogentil, Velinxi, McPippins,
